Caldwell Combs has been serving school as TOSA
(Spanish) Erin Caldwell Combs has been named principal of Sue Buel Elementary School, effective July 1, 2024. She replaces Veronica Chase, who has resigned effective June 20.
Caldwell Combs has been assigned to Buel since 2021 as a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), serving as an instructional coach and new educator mentor. She is also responsible for Buel’s PK-5 reading intervention, Early Literacy Success initiative, science curriculum adoption, professional development and more.
She previously served as a fifth grade teacher at Wascher beginning in 2018. Prior to that, she was an elementary teacher and instructional coach in the North Clackamas School District for 13 years.
