The McMinnville School District has launched a new website.
For the past several years, the previous site was hosted as part of a
university project that is being discontinued. We took advantage of the
need to relaunch the site to freshen our look.
The school sites will be part of the new system and will relaunch soon. Pardon our dust!
DISTRICT STAFF:
- Staff-related information is now accessed differently. Staff information on the old site located under the “Staff” tab is now behind the person icon in the top left corner of the district home page. Click on the icon that looks like this:
- The staff email log-in link is on the home page on the left under the photo slide show.
- We will eventually make this a password protected area and move the internal intranet to this location, so you can access all that information whether you are on the district network or outside in a remote location. For now, access the intranet remotely just as you do now.
- eSchool and the new Sub System/Absence Reporting system, Aesop, are behind the staff icon.
- There is an eSchool link on the front page (under “Quick Links”) that is the parent portal.
- If you get an “error” page or a message that you are locked out, try clicking on the district name at the top of the page. That will often override the block. We are working with the provider to fix this glitch.
- The site works best with the Google Chrome browser. If you’re using Firefox or Explorer and can’t see the staff icon, try using Chrome instead.
This is a work in progress, and there will be other changes to come. We hope the new site will give our district a more consistent and updated look and provide you with the information you need.
