EL and Migrant Programs

The English Learner/Migrant Program Department is responsible for services to the District’s English  Learner (EL) students and their families. EL students make up about 17 percent of the student enrollment in McMinnville schools.

Hispanic PTA

The McMinnville School District’s Hispanic PTA (Comite Consejero de Padres Hispanos) promotes better communication and understanding between school district officials and members of the Hispanic community. The committee helps fulfill state and federal requirements for parent involvement in planning decisions in school districts.
