The McMinnville School District uses an online system that enables approved community partners to post eflyers online and distribute them electronically through our service provider, Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery for communications sent home to all students.

To request all-student flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Please note that flyers must be provided in both English and Spanish.
Register as an Enrichment / Community Org (account type).
Upload your flyer for approval.
Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office for approval. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.
NOTE: If your flyer is for an event requiring registration, please create an online form. Peachjar flyers cannot be printed out.
