The McMinnville School District, Yamhill County Health and Human Services, and Sunrise Family Clinic work in partnership to offer a School Based Health Center available to any student in the McMinnville School District.

Goals of the Health Center

• Improve access to affordable, quality primary care, dental, and mental health services for school-aged youth

• Provide affordable patient-centered care services for all students, regardless of insurance status

• Reduce parent costs related to unnecessary hospital stays and use of emergency rooms

• Improve educational outcomes because healthy kids learn better

• Save parents time by reducing missed work hours for appointments
