(Spanish) Please use the following information to update your student’s record. We would like to ensure that your phone numbers, home address and emails are current and also suggest that you add in additional emergency contacts in case you cannot be reached. Emergency contacts would ideally include trusted family members, neighbors or friends who could pick up your child in an urgent situation. Listing at least three emergency contacts (in addition to guardians) is considered best practice.
