Event takes place Saturday, June 11 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Yamhill County Public Health (YCPH) is hosting a vaccine clinic at Buel Elementary on Saturday, June 11 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
All vaccines are available: Moderna, Pfizer 12+, Peds Pfizer (5-11) and Johnson & Johnson. Anyone can get first or second doses.
For those 5 and older, boosters are available five months after their last/second dose. For those 50 and older, second boosters are available four months after their first booster dose.
Anyone receiving the vaccine should have a photo ID (of parent if minor), insurance card if they have one, and their white COVID vaccine card.
Families will also need to have the YCPH Vaccine Consent Form (Spanish).
