

Update Information Online through ParentVUE
(Spanish) Online registration for returning students is now open for the 2025-26 school year. The process is simple and can be done via computer, tablet or smartphone. You can also update using the ParentVUE app, but if you have documents to upload, a computer or tablet might make that process simpler. Click here to get started.
If you need help, start with the step-by-step instructions below or call your school if you have questions.
Note: if you have a student new to the McMinnville School District, start the enrollment process here.

Go to ParentVUE
- Click here (or the button) to access the portal.
- Or open the ParentVUE app on your mobile device (download from iOS App Store or Google Play Store)

Log In
- Enter your Username (email) and Password
- Click Login
Forgot Password? Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it via email.

Start Online Registration
Once logged in:
- On the Home screen, find and click on “Returning Student Registration “ under your student.
- Choose “Returning Student Registration”

Review & Update Student Information
Go through each section carefully and:
- Confirm or update your home address, phone numbers, and email
- Update emergency contacts
- If you have multiple students, you will see all students but can process each one separately or together.
Make sure to click “Save and Continue” at the bottom of each page.

Upload Required Documents (if prompted)
- Custody or other legal documents (if applicable)
- Updated immunization records (if applicable)

Submit Registration
- After reviewing all sections, click Submit
- You’ll receive a confirmation message and/or email once submitted
