The Newby Elementary gym floor improvement is part of the bond work scheduled for completion this summer. Removal of old tile requires abatement before the new floor can be installed. Floor removal took place over Spring Break and the new floor will be installed over the summer.All removal and replacement meets appropriate code requirements for safety and occupancy. The building is approved for occupancy. The district follows and complies with all safety requirements for the benefit of students and staff.
