Miller Woods is hosting a line drawing contest for McMinnville Schools students from pre-K through 12th grade. Students can win prizes and to have their art featured in a Miller Woods coloring book or on the Miller Woods web page.
Line drawings need to represent natural areas at Miller Woods. Many district students will remember visiting Miller Woods on school field trips like the district-wide Science Experiences.
Artwork must be the original, exclusive work of the student. Drawings must be submitted on WHITE paper; 8.5 x 11 copy paper, cardstock or 9 x 12 construction paper. The Miller Woods Line Drawing Contest official entry form needs to be completed and taped to the back of each entry.
There is no limit to the number of submissions per student, but all entries must include a completed entry form. Click to download entry form here (Spanish).

Classroom teachers may submit entries and forms by emailing Michelle Barff for pickup or by sending to Michelle at the District Office via interoffice mail. Students return artwork completed at home to classroom teachers.
All entries must be submitted by Friday, January 31, 2020 by 5 p.m. to be eligible. Winners will be selected by March 6.
