Every student should have access to their own internet-accessible device during school hours in order to participate in Comprehensive Distance Learning.

Elementary parents may do a drive-through pick-up on Wednesday, Aug. 26 from 3 – 7 p.m., and incoming kindergartners can pick up during their school’s transition camp.

Click to register for a Chromebook pickup.

Student ID numbers must be provided to pre-order a device checkout and to access materials remotely. (Students use this number at school every time they log into their devices in the classroom.)  Student ID numbers are also on student grade reports. ID numbers may also be obtained by calling the school office

The district is working on different options to access the internet (details to come), and hot spots will not be checked out with the Chromebooks.

Check-out must happen at the child’s school only.

To receive the Chromebook, families can either download, print and sign a check-out form (English/Spanish), or be ready to sign the form at check-out.

Note: if someone other than a student’s parent or guardian will pick up the device, they must have the printed, signed form from the parent/guardian at check-out.
