McMinnville School District (MSD) school closure will extend through April 28, 2020. First day back for students will be Wednesday, April 29.
MSD Graduation Update
MSD is in close contact with the Oregon Department of Education and the Higher Education Coordinating Council regarding the class of 2020. We anticipate guidance regarding probable modifications to graduation and/or essential skill requirements for current seniors.
We anticipate a state-wide plan that will allow for students to graduate on time. We will update seniors and parents when the guidance is finalized.
Learning Supports and Supplemental Services to Students
Beginning April 1, MSD will make learning supports and supplemental services available for students. The services provided will not be school; there will be no grades or credits associated with these supports and services.
Learning supports and supplemental services may take a different form in relationship to high school seniors but until additional guidance is released, the non-grade, non-required, non-credit provision applies.
