Jason oversees all staff and functions of the Fiscal Services department and is responsible for the budget development, long range financial planning, financial reporting, investment management, accounting policy and procedures, bond and debt management, contracts and purchasing, internal controls, budget reports, and benefit administration.

William Leet, Accounting Supervisor: 503.565.4007
William is responsible for the district’s general ledger, cash management, chart of accounts, federal and state grant accounting & claims, monthly financial statements, audit assistance, oversight of day-to-day operations for accounts payable, and payments on accounts receivable invoices.

Julie Maynard, Accounts Payable: 503.565.4011
Julie processes purchase orders and invoices for payment and is the District Travel Coordinator.  She also manages authorized buyer list at select vendors.
