The McMinnville School District is building a plan for supplemental education and learning supports for students during the state-wide school closure.

The district encourages all students to participate in learning opportunities that the district will present in the weeks ahead.

Additionally, the district will make Chromebooks available to families at home for students to access the supplemental education and learning supports online. Materials will also be offered through other means.

Families who may need additional devices at home for students to access the online services may check them out from the district.

Families may check out a device for every student in the household.  Parents will be required to sign a technology agreement form at pickup.

The first group of preorders were distributed on March 26. A second pickup date will be scheduled for Thursday, April 2. Details on pickup locations and time will be available when confirmed.

Student ID numbers must be provided to preorder a device checkout and to access materials remotely. (Students use this number at school every time they log into their devices in the classroom.)  Student ID numbers are also on student grade reports.

If parents don’t have this number, they can call the district office at 503.565.4000.
