Agreement pending approval from association members and school board
The McMinnville School District and Oregon School Employees Association, Chapter 90 are pleased to announce after thoughtful and productive negotiations, the parties have successfully reached a tentative agreement on a new three-year contract that upholds the best interests of MSD staff, students, and the educational community at large.
This milestone achievement and investment in classified staff wages, insurance, and well-being reflects our shared commitment to fostering a positive and supportive working environment for staff while ensuring the provision of high-quality education for our students. If approved by the OSEA members and MSD Board, the new agreement will make a significant investment in MSD support staff with a shared commitment by the District and Association to attract and retain highly qualified MSD staff members.
