Scott Murphy comes from Newberg School District
Scott Murphy has been named principal of Wascher Elementary. He replaces Lauren Berg, who will serve as administrator for Secondary Education in MSD.
Murphy comes from the Newberg School District, where he was most recently principal of Edwards Elementary for the past seven years. He also served as assistant principal for Mountain View Middle School for three years.
Before that he was a teacher and administrator in the Astoria School District for ten years.
