Joint Announcement by bargaining teams
Dear McMinnville School District Staff,
We are excited to announce that the District and McEA have successfully reached an agreement on a new three-year contract. This collaborative effort reflects our shared commitment to supporting our educators and ensuring the ongoing success of our students.
Both teams will now take the agreement to their respective members for ratification, once ratified the contract will be in place through 6/30/2027.
This new agreement is a positive step forward for our district, and we’re proud of the partnership that made it possible. We look forward to continuing our work together to provide the best education and support for our students and staff.
