Patton Middle School Thespian Troupe #89053 proudly presents “Dinner at Eight, Dead by Nine,” the program’s first student-directed dinner theatre experience.
Guests will be treated to a full spaghetti dinner (vegan and gluten-free options available), and a night of mystery.
The action takes place around the head table of a banquet room where guests — and audience members — are expecting a dinner theatre show. But when the guest of honor, Eleanor Van Heusen, falls face first into her plate of spaghetti, hilarity ensues as they try to discover a motive.
All guests will have the chance to pick who they think did the crime. Those who figure out the ending will earn a prize! All funds earned go to benefit theatre in our schools.
The show is co-directed by 8th graders Eowyn Clayton and Andrea Guzman.
“Dinner at Eight, Dead by Nine” by Michael Druce will be performed at Patton Middle School on February 21 and 22 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online here. Doors open a half hour before the show starts.
