June 17, 2024 Joint Work Session

 MINUTES OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF DISTRICT NO. 40/City Council,
YAMHILL COUNTY, McMINNVILLE, OREGON

The Joint Work Session was held June 17, 2024both in person and via Zoom at the
McMinnville Civic Building 200 NE Second Street, McMinnville, OR 97128

At 6:00 p.m. the Board of Directors of McMinnville School District and City Council opened the joint work session meeting.  The meeting was called to order by Mayor Remy Drabkin and Chair Jason Bizon.  Roll call indicated the following:

• Mayor Remy Drabkin thanked the School Board and City Council, those in the room and those on Zoom for attending the meeting.  She had everyone introduce themselves.  

  Parks and Recreations Director Susan Muir shared a PowerPoint presentation and overviews with timelines on KOB. Campfire CEO Joshua Todd shared a PowerPoint presentation on Campfire.  See PowerPoint presentations.
