Bonus pay for long-term or frequent subs
McMinnville School District needs substitutes on a regular basis. Subs can work as often or as little as they like once they are registered. MSD also offers substitute opportunities for non-teaching positions including educational assistant, custodial or secretary.

For teaching positions, subs can earn a bonus in three ways:
- Long-term assignments;
- Daily assignments of 10 days per month or more;
- Assignments on high-need days.
