Don’t miss your chance to hear the award-winning MHS choir at two upcoming performances:
March 3: The 9th Annual Community Choir Celebration
This event will feature choirs from Columbus Elementary School,
Patton and Duniway middle schools, McMinnville Women’s Choir, MHS
Symphonic Choir, and Linfield Concert Choir. All of the choirs will
combine for the finale.
The event is at the McMinnville
Community Center. Admission is free. Donations will be collected to
support the McMinnville Community Compassion Fund.
March 11: MHS End-of-Winter Choir Concerts
The MHS choir department will present two End-of-Winter Choir Concerts on Wednesday, March 11, in the MHS auditorium. Robin Pederson and Dana Libonati will direct both the 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. concerts.
The 6:30 concert will feature Concert Choir, Sterling Jazz, Symphonic
Choir and Twilighters. The 8:00 concert will showcase Concert Choir,
Advanced Women’s Ensemble, Symphonic Choir and Twilighters. The Zambian
song Bonse Aba will be performed as a finale on both concerts by all of the choirs. The concerts are free and promise to be fantastic.
