McMinnville School District is again offering optional, weekly COVID testing for students during the 2022-23 school year. Unlike last year, the kits are now available to be shipped directly to student homes.
Step 1: Enroll student(s) by filling out the 2022-2023 consent form here.
Step 2: Ensure that each student enrolled into the 2022-2023 program has a LabDash account (you do not need to create a new LabDash account if you have an existing one). You can set up minors as dependents on a parent/guardian account. This step must be completed before tests will be shipped.
Step 3: Please allow 1-2 weeks from enrollment in the program to receive the first shipment of test kits. Each student enrolled will receive an initial four test kits with barcodes that are specifically assigned to that student, so please ensure that if you have multiple students enrolled that you’re using kits that were shipped to them under their name. Test kits will still need to be submitted each week with name and date of birth written on the tube prior to turning in the test kit. Unlabeled and/or unlinked (in LabDash) test kits cannot be processed. Once the fourth test kit has been submitted to the lab, a new batch of test kits will be shipped out automatically.
Step 4: Completed test kits can be returned to the MSD Family Resource Center (1500 NE Baker St., McMinnville) Wednesday mornings before 10 a.m.
