May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month

It’s time to get moving! May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, reminding us all of the importance of staying active whether through sports or other fitness activities. Kids should have at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day and adults should have 30 minutes. 

Did you know that making small changes can add up? Doing several short sessions can be as effective as a long session.  Being active as a family is a great way to strengthen your family bond, reduce screen time and instill healthy habits for your kids.
