District will sponsor emergency and restricted subs
The McMinnville School District will sponsor candidates for short-term substitute teaching licenses. All candidates must pass a fingerprint-based background check and be up to date on their COVID vaccination.

Restricted Substitute – Candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and is interested in subbing. Send an email to Cathy Willoughby to request that MSD sponsor you for a restricted substitute license. Please attach a resume to your email that outlines your background & experience.

Emergency Substitute – Candidate does not hold a bachelor’s degree and is interested in subbing. Click to sign up for sponsorship for an emergency license. A member of the MSD team will contact you with the next steps in the process.
