ParentSquare is how we share important school information with you — things like schedule changes, emergencies, school events and messages from your child’s teacher.
You’ll automatically receive messages by text and email using the contact information you gave us at registration. If you’re not getting messages, here’s what you can do:
Check your contact information
Call your school office to make sure we have your current phone number and email address.
Check your text messages
If your phone number is correct, text “Start” to 66458 to begin receiving school text alerts.
Check your email
If your email address is correct, look in your Spam or Junk folder. If you find messages from donotreply@parentsquare.com, emails.parentsquare.com, and email.parentsquare.com, mark them as “Not Spam” or add that address to your Safe Senders list.
Optional
If you would like to use some of the more advanced features in ParentSquare (such as commenting on a post or replying to a direct message from a teacher), you must register your account and/or activate the free app. Registering online or using the app keeps all your messages for all your children in one place and allows you to use more advanced features like choosing how you would like to be contacted and when.
