How to register for kindergarten

Registration for the 2024-25 school year will begin Thursday, April 25 from 3 – 6:30 p.m. at all elementary schools.  Registration includes both online registration and submission of paper documents. You are welcome to bring your child along on registration day!

How to register:

• Start registration online here anytime after April 1. Students new to McMinnville School District should use the “New Student” registration process.

  If you need support with online registration, please contact the front office of your elementary school.

• Current pre-K students do not need to register online. Pre-K families will be contacted by their school with enrollment update information. Pre-K families do *not* need to attend the registration event on April 25.

• Required documents include:

  • • Proof of age (e.g., birth certificate, passport, state-issued ID)
    • Proof of address (e.g., mortgage statement, rental/lease agreement, utility bill)
    • Immunization status

  Note: Copies of proof of age and address may be uploaded during the online registration process or brought to registration day.

• Paper documents may be requested by calling the school office or packets may be picked up during registration on April 25.
